Summary The Safety Director will proactively plan, direct and implement the Company's ESH program to ensure a safe, healthy and accident free work environment; supports field personnel in ensuring each construction project is conducting operations in a safe manner for the protection of our employees, clients, subcontractors and the general public; ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state, county and local safety related regulations; demonstrates strong leadership skills, works well in a team environment, has excellent communication skills and strives to enrich the Company Culture. They will partner with Strategic Business Unit (SBU) Executive Vice Presidents, Senior Operations Leadership, Health and Safety, and SBU staff to build and sustain a positive, proactive safety culture while supporting field operations and ensuring the successful implementation of the Company's environmental, health, and safety initiatives.
