Description Job Title: Assembly and Test Material Handler Location: Basom, NY Employment Type: Perm Industry: Manufacturing Compensation: $21-$26/hr Schedule: Day About the Opportunity: the Material Handler role is to facilitate the movement of all materials through the factory; moving product throughout assembly & test, put away activities in the warehouse, picking orders for assembly, and shipping of finished product to customers. What You'll Do: Job Requirements What You'll Bring: Education level: High School or GED required Relevant previous experience: 2 years minimum in either warehousing, material handling and / or manufacturing combined Knowledge areas/Skills: Inventory control, cycle counting, Kanban and order picking preferred. Other requirements: SAP or ERP expereince is preferred. Fork Lift certifed is preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs required Good communication skills both written and verbal.
