Location: Edwards, CO

Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour

Schedule:Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

When something breaks, you don't panic, you grab your tools and get to work. We need a Maintenance Technician who can keep machines moving and production rolling.

Requirements:

• Previous apartment maintenance or related maintenance experience preferred
• Strong skills in painting, drywall repair, and general maintenance
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and exterior maintenance
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable attendance and willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
• Ability to use personal tools and follow all safety procedures, including PPE requirements
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and occasional travel as needed

Job Duties:

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, drywall, carpentry, painting, and exterior structures
• Complete apartment make-ready/unit turns within required timelines
• Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and work orders
• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce future repair needs
• Maintain the cleanliness of community grounds, amenities, and common areas, including the fitness center, pool, dog park, and outdoor spaces
• Conduct property inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Coordinate with vendors and assist with scheduling and project support
• Maintain key control systems and accurate maintenance records
• Participate in emergency on-call maintenance and snow removal as needed
• Attend required training and maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards
