Warranty Claims Customer Care Agent

Location: Fountain Valley, CA

Pay: $27.50-$29.50/hour

We are seeking detail-oriented and tech-savvy Warranty Claims Customer Care Agents for an assignment in Fountain Valley, CA. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in warranty claims processing, customer support, and administrative operations within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Handle high-volume incoming calls and provide professional customer support
  • Manage and distribute inbound emails to the appropriate team members
  • Support foreign vehicle warranty claims processing and documentation review
  • Monitor returned claims and assist dealers with resubmissions and corrections
  • Process and resolve suspense claims efficiently
  • Collaborate with management to address escalated warranty issues
  • Generate and analyze reports as directed
  • Assist with testing system updates, enhancements, and fixes



Qualifications:



  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in claims processing, automotive warranty, or call center support preferred
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
