What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Instructional Designers, setting clear performance expectations,conducting regular 1:1s, and creating individual development plans
- Manage workload distribution across simultaneous training development projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
- Oversee the design and development of engaging training content across instructor-led, online, and webinar formats with measurable learning outcomes
- Review and approve team content, maintaining high standards for accuracy, clarity, and instructional quality
- Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders across Semi Service to identify training needs and develop solutions that close skill and knowledge gaps
- Serve as a liaison between technical and creative teams to ensure training content is both accurate and engaging
- Recommend tools, design approaches, and industry best practices that improve learning effectiveness and align training strategy with Tesla's organizational priorities

Expected Compensation
$96,000 - $186,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
