SDO Site Supervisor

  • Responsible for all daily operations at Sandra Day O'Conner Court House:
    • Daily demand maintenance oversight, communication and Supervision.
    • Problem solving and strategizing relevant building operations and construction project operations.
    • Daily correspondence with the GSA Facility Manager and Contracting Representative.
    • All contract compliance, oversight and Supervision.
    • Safety oversight and Supervision.
    • Quality assurance oversight and Supervision.
    • CMMS oversight and Supervision.
    • Personnel oversight and Supervision.
  • Responsible for daily oversight and supervision of Facility Maintenance:
    • Trade and preventative maintenance related operations delegation and supervision.
    • Responsible for approximately 6 personnel to include scheduling, oversight, and supervision.
    • Responsible for oversight and delegation of timely delivery of contractual data.
    • Fiscal approval and allocation of material and parts.
  • The Site Supervisor shall be on site during normal duty hours and available outside of normal duty hours.

Requirements:

  • The Site Supervisor shall possess at least two (2) years of experience in supervising maintenance or construction.
  • The Site Supervisor may also serve as the alternate to the Program Manager.
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Drivers License with clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
