Position Summary The Senior Consultant, Pricing & Audit is responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of pricing analysis and carrier invoice auditing services for our clients. This role combines deep parcel and pricing expertise with strong analytical and leadership skills to help clients reduce transportation costs, maximize carrier agreements, and improve shipping performance. The Senior Consultant will partner closely with Sales, Client Success, Operations, Product, and Technology, and serve as the organization's subject matter expert on carrier pricing, contracts, billing practices, and shipping cost optimization. Physical Demands This role requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time, occasional stooping and reaching, and may require lifting up to 25 pounds. Compensation & Benefits The Company offers competitive compensation based on an applicant's experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, certifications, and other business considerations. Formal compensation offers will be based on the final candidate's qualifications and experience. For this position, the expected compensation is between $120,000 and $140,000 annually, prorated based on start date. This position is FLSA-exempt and not eligible for overtime pay. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Parental Leave, and a 401(k) plan with Company match.
