Senior Electrical Engineer (Direct Hire) - Advanced Systems & Integration

We are hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design, development, and integration of complex electrical systems across cutting-edge programs. This is a direct hire opportunity for a hands-on technical leader who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide technical leadership across multiple engineering programs and product lifecycles
  • Design, build, integrate, test, and troubleshoot advanced electrical systems
  • Lead architecture development, system integration, and production transition activities
  • Drive root cause analysis and solve complex system-level challenges
  • Establish engineering processes and execution frameworks in dynamic environments
  • Collaborate with customers, leadership, and cross-functional teams
  • Mentor engineers and support technical development initiatives



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 7+ years of electrical engineering experience with leadership responsibilities
  • Proven experience developing and integrating complex systems
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with system integration and software interaction preferred
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Defense security clearance (active clearance preferred)



Compensation:



  • Target salary range: $110,000-$225,000 (flexible based on experience)
