Responsibilities Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Peraton is seeking a Project Management Lead to serve as the day-to-day driver of a high-visibility, multi-system IT consolidation initiative supporting a major federal health agency. This is a complex, cross-functional program with hard contractual deadlines, multiple active workstreams, and significant stakeholder coordination requirements spanning government clients, partner contractors, and internal technical teams. The Project Management Lead will own the consolidated project schedule, manage risks and dependencies, and serve as the primary point of contact for all consolidation activities. This role requires someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced federal IT environment where accountability and communication are paramount. What You'll Do: Schedule & Execution Ownership
Own and maintain the consolidated project schedule across all active workstreams, ensuring tasks, milestones, and dependencies are current and accurate

Target Salary Range $80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
