Lutheran Social Services (LSS) is a private, non-profit, human service agency providing a variety of services throughout Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. Join Lutheran Social Services of WI & Upper MI (LSS) at Deep River, our new residential Substance Use Disorder treatment facility in Neillsville. Deep River provides trauma-informed, gender-specific residential treatment for adult men in a safe, structured, and recovery-focused environment.
