Requirements:

• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP
• Required Skills: Antepartum, Antihypertensives, Assist with Circumcision/Assess site post-op, Assist with sterile speculum exam (effacement, dilation, station, presentation), Baby friendly protocols, Bladder Distension, Breastfeeding Support/lactation support, Cord Care, Discharge teaching to parents, Episiotomy/Incisional Care, Fundus / lochia / perineum care, High Risk Antepartum, Infant Identification, LDRP, Magnesium Sulfate therapy, Metabolic Screen, Multiple Births, Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome, Newborn hypoglycemia, NST (Non Stress Tests), Opioids, Pain assessment & management, Phototherapy, Pitocin (oxytocin), Postpartum Hemorrhage, Pregnancy induced hypertension, Reflex checks / edema assessment / clonus, Teach Circumcision care to parents, Thermoregulation, Use of EFM (External Fetal Heart Monitoring), Use of External Fetal Monitoring, Use of infusion pumps / drips / IV monitoring, Use of PCA (IV), Vaginal Delivery, Wound assessment/care, Administration of blood & blood products, Anticoagulation therapy, Antiseizure, Car Seat Education, Cesarean Section, Couplet Care, Drawing Venous Blood, Epidural Anesthesia, Foley catheter insertion/management, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Mother/Baby, Neonatal Resuscitation, Newborn Assessment, Pre-eclampsia / eclampsia, Starting and maintaining IVs, Use of Electric/Manual breast pump, Vaccine Administration
