Qualifications: Minnesota teaching license. Desire to build educational leadership skills and capacity. Grades 6-12 experience preferred.

Pay Rate/Range: 2026-2027 NEA Agreement BA-$57,461 - MA40-$95,320. Base pay DOQ.

Responsibilities: The PreK-12 Systems and Instructional Coach provides teacher leadership and support for the purpose of enhancing student outcomes through continuous improvement in teaching, assessment and implementation of effective pedagogical practices and the Northfield Public Schools PreK-12 instructional programs.
