Job Description
Under general supervision, responsible for performing semi-routine maintenance and repair work. The Facilities Maintenance Mechanic applies growing technical expertise to maintain and troubleshoot complex facility systems supporting semiconductor manufacturing processes.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with manufacturing and process engineering teams during equipment installation and repair activities.
  • Conduct periodic inspections to identify and report facility repair needs.
  • Independently troubleshoot and resolve standard maintenance issues, escalating unusual problems to higher levels.
  • Maintain all required certifications and safety training, including Emergency Response and CPR/AED/BBP.
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on facility mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical manuals.
  • Effective communication skills for coordinating with coworkers and customers.
  • Good problem-solving skills with moderate independence in decision making.
  • Working knowledge of HVAC, pumps, chemical and gas distribution systems, and semiconductor equipment infrastructure.
  • Proficient in one or more skilled trades related to facility maintenance.

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certification, & Licensure)

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of facilities maintenance or skilled trades experience
Salary Ranges$26.00 - $34.80

Individual pay is determined based on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skills, job-related knowledge, relevant education, certifications, and/or training. In addition to base salary, we offer (full time regular employees ) a comprehensive benefits package and for certain roles eligibility in our bonus plan and long-term incentives as applicable.
