Senior Tax Product Specialist Role Summary: As a Senior Tax product specialist you will bring your tax manager experience & subject matter expertise to help shape the future of our tax software by translating the practitioner expertise into product strategy, workflows, AI enabled capabilities & customer solutions. The Senior Tax Product Specialist is an individual contributor role at the heart of the ONESOURCE Tax Provision product team. This position exists to bring deep, practitioner-level tax accounting expertise directly into the product development process - ensuring that ONESOURCE reflects how corporate tax professionals actually work and what they truly need. You will work closely with internal product, engineering, and data science teams as well as external customers and partners to develop, test, and validate product content, functionality, and AI-powered capabilities for the tax provision domain. Your accounting and tax background is not incidental to this role - it is the foundation. You will be the voice of the tax practitioner inside the product organization, applying real-world best practices to shape features that are accurate, intuitive, and trusted by the professionals who depend on them. This role also carries a specific mandate to advance AI initiatives within ONESOURCE Tax Provision. You will develop, test, and validate the application of generative AI and intelligent automation to corporate tax workflows - providing strategic feedback to engineering and data science teams and helping define what responsible, high-quality AI looks like in a regulated tax environment. Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations. Eligible office location(s) for this role include one or more of the following: New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and/or Irvine, CA; McLean, VA; Washington, DC. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $137,900 USD - $256,100 USD. For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $119,700 USD - $222,300 USD. For Ontario, Canada, the base compensation range for this role is $126,000 CAD - $176,000 CAD. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
