Job Title: Contract Recruiter
Location: Fort Collins, CO
Employment Type: Contract, 2-3 months
Industry: Semi-Conductor/Industrial and Medical
Compensation: $40-50 (dependent on experience)
Schedule: 8am-5pm Mon-Fri

What You'll Do:
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent, while partnering closely with hiring managers to meet business objectives.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers for Engineering, technical, professional, and executive-level positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business goals to develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to identify top talent.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Coach and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques, candidate evaluation, and best hiring practices.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide reports to leadership to improve hiring processes.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive hiring practices, and labor market conditions.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Admin

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and interview best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
