Requirements:

• High school diploma or college degree required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and reconciliation skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Accounts payable or accounting experience preferred
• Oracle experience is a plus
• Ability to analyze invoices and identify discrepancies or tax-related issues

Job Duties:

• Process vendor invoices in accordance with company procedures
• Generate and distribute vendor payments accurately and on time
• Review vendor statements and investigate past-due invoices
• Communicate with vendors to resolve payment discrepancies and disputes
• Scan and maintain invoices within the company imaging system
• Assist with month-end close activities and accounts payable reconciliations
• Collaborate with accounting personnel to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Review invoices for potential sales and use tax liabilities
• Maintain organized records and support audit requests as needed
