The Financial Analyst - Strategic Finance will serve as a key partner to the Global QSR division, supporting strategic initiatives, financial planning, and performance analysis. This role blends core FP&A responsibilities with strategic business support, providing insights to drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and informed decision-making.

What You Will Do:

  • Partner with Global QSR business leaders and regional teams to support performance management and strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze sales, pricing, volume, and margin trends to identify risks and opportunities across global markets.
  • Provide financial insights on product, customer, and channel performance to help drive growth and profitability.
  • Support strategic initiatives such as product launches, pricing strategies, and business development projects.
  • Prepare materials for Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and leadership presentations.
  • Support forecast and planning cycles, including variance analysis across Sales, Gross Profit, and SG&A.
  • Develop and enhance dashboards, reporting tools, and performance metrics to improve decision support.
  • Perform ad hoc financial analysis and deep dives to evaluate business performance and strategic opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 3 years of finance experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Immigration sponsorship not available for this role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Power BI or similar tools
  • Strong communication skills with ability to work across functions and geographies
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Familiarity with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, or similar platforms)
  • Experience supporting strategic initiatives or cross-functional projects

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The pay range for this position is $74,700.00 - $112,200.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
