THE ROLE: AMD is seeking a Senior Rack Integration Engineer to drive rack-level integration for next-generation AI and data center platforms. In this role, you will work at the intersection of hardware development, system validation, and deployment readiness, helping transform complex designs into fully integrated rack solutions. You will lead prototype and NPI rack builds, develop rack-level reference architectures, and collaborate with cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, and partner teams to ensure solutions are scalable, serviceable, and ready for deployment. This is a highly visible role offering the opportunity to influence the design and delivery of leading-edge AI infrastructure from concept through release. THE PERSON: You are a hands-on engineer who enjoys solving complex integration challenges and bringing diverse teams together to deliver results. You combine strong technical expertise in rack and system integration with a practical, detail-oriented approach to execution. You thrive in fast-paced development environments, communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences, and are comfortable leading build activities from planning through validation.
