  • Support the development of gas design workflows, processes, and best practices as the team grows
  • Provide guidance and oversight to junior designers as additional staff are onboarded
  • Contribute to cross-training efforts to support long-term capability across both gas and electric distribution design
What You Bring Required Qualifications:
  • 5-7 Years of proven experience in gas distribution design within a utility or consulting environment
  • Ability to independently execute design work and manage complex assignments with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated experience preparing construction-ready plans and technical design documentation
  • Strong understanding of utility design standards, safety requirements, and field conditions
  • Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with both internal teams and clients
  • Willingness to work in a field environment as needed
  • Ability or willingness to work within or relocate near or within the Wisconsin Public Service territory
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with Wisconsin Public Service or similar utility clients
