Overview: To provide quality, professional services to guests and use professional skills to meet individual needs of each guest serviced. Prescribe the appropriate regime of hair products and services for each guest. Educate guests regarding home maintenance and the benefits of additional services. Responsibilities: * Provide the highest possible standard of services while maintaining a relaxing environment. * To begin and end treatments at the scheduled time. * Maintain hair salon presentation and cleanliness standard. * Ensure backbar inventory levels are communicated * Ensure proper re-stock of salon at the close of each day * Relay with confidence product and service benefits to clients. * Required attendance of all department training courses and meetings * Perform any other duties required by management. Qualifications: * Must possess current State Cosmetology License and/or Barber License. * 1-year minimum experience in hair services. * Knowledge and adherence to all industry sanitation laws. * Proficient skills in cutting, blow dry styling, hot tool experience, and special occasion hair styling. * Ability to stand for several hours. * Must be willing to work flexible hours as needed during busy times and high-profile events, including nights, weekends, and holidays. * Meet standards of appearance and maintain a high level of personal hygiene. * Must be passionate about providing warm, engaging, and personalized service. * Must possess the ability to always maintain a positive and professional demeanor and composure.
