Join a high-performing team dedicated to building and strengthening relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 institutional consulting firms across the Eastern United States. As Vice President, Consultant Relations, you will lead strategic engagement, elevate visibility, and drive growth through consultant networks while identifying new and cross-selling opportunities across Macquarie Asset Management's platform.

What role will you play?

As a Vice President, Consultant Relations, you will lead the development and management of relationships with investment consultants and advisory firms. You will drive proactive engagement strategies, oversee consultant communications, and ensure the firm is well-positioned across consultant platforms and ratings. The role includes partnering closely with sales, product, and investment teams to align messaging, coordinate meetings, and advance opportunities originating from consultant channels. You will analyze consultant feedback, monitor industry trends, and shape strategic initiatives to enhance the firm's competitive positioning.
Salary range for this position: $185,000 - $240,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. What you offer

  • 7+ years of experience in consultant relations within asset management, with a strong understanding of institutional distribution and consultant-led channels.
  • Proven track record of covering the Institutional consultant market, achieving ratings for private market strategies, and leveraging these ratings to drive business growth
  • Strong, existing network across leading consultant firms in the East region, with the ability to leverage relationships to enhance visibility and generate opportunities.
  • Highly effective communicator and partner, able to work cross-functionally with investment, sales, and product teams to drive consistent messaging and outcomes.
  • Self-directed and results-oriented, with the ability to manage a territory, prioritize effectively, and deliver measurable growth.
