As the PMO Director - Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in crafting our HR project management strategy and ensuring flawless execution of critical initiatives. This is an outstanding opportunity to collaborate with senior leaders, influence strategic decisions, and contribute to our ambitious growth plans! WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: This role will lead nVent HR PMO team. This position establishes and oversees project management standards, prioritization, resource planning, and delivery execution across HR initiatives. The HR PMO Director partners closely with the HR Leadership Team regarding HR initiatives, programs, and projects are aligned to enterprise strategy, delivered on time and within scope, and generate measurable business value. In this position, you will get to do the following: Strategic Portfolio Management: Cultivate the HR project portfolio, including intake, facilitate HR Leadership prioritization, sequencing, and capacity planning
Leadership Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to HR leadership on project feasibility, tradeoffs, and delivery risk
Project Governance and Capacity Management: Establish HR PMO governance
Serve as the HR Lean Champion, driving a culture of continuous improvement to deliver best in class processes to support nVent's growth.
