Overview Job Title: Business Systems Operations Section Supervisor Location: Arnold AFB Job Family Code: L - Consulting Services (tech) Function/Branch: Business Systems Directorate: Mission Information Systems Position Type: Regular, Full-Time Pay Type: Exempt Grade: L10 (LA1012) Salary Range: $127,000 - $165,000 / year Overview Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) has an exciting opportunity for a Business Systems Operations Section Supervisor, supporting TOS II, at Arnold Air Force Base in Arnold, TN. The Business Systems Operations Section Supervisor will be working as a member of an integrated team responsible supporting the United States Air Force Test Operations and Sustainment efforts. Open to internal candidates only. The selected candidate for this requisition may be required to occasionally (e.g., application upgrades) work outside normal business hours. Job Summary The Business Systems Operations Section Supervisor will lead all business systems analytics, overseeing process improvement initiatives, system migrations, and serving as a key liaison between internal and external teams. This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, implementing agile methodologies, and ensuring the on-time delivery of high-quality solutions that meet stakeholder needs. Job Duties:
Supervise and mentor a team of System Admins, Support Analysts, Application Admins, and Database Admins, fostering a culture of teamwork, technical excellence, and professional growth.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations and refers to the amount BNH is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time jobs will be adjusted based upon the number of hours agreed to work.
