Job Description Vanir is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our growing Pacific Northwest team, supporting a diverse portfolio of capital projects throughout Pierce and King Counties. We are looking for a collaborative, motivated professional who enjoys leading projects, solving complex challenges, building strong client relationships, and delivering meaningful results for the communities we serve. Our work supports a variety of markets, including K-12 education, higher education, healthcare, justice and essential services, transportation, aviation, water and wastewater, and other public and institutional facilities. We welcome candidates with project or construction management experience in one or more of these markets. Experience across multiple market sectors is preferred, not required. We recognize that strong project management skills are transferable and value professionals who bring expertise in their respective fields and an interest in expanding their experience. The successful candidate will bring strong technical project delivery experience, sound judgment, initiative, and the ability to work effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams. Projects are located throughout Tacoma (Pierce County), Seattle (King County and Port of Seattle). Responsibilities will include providing the planning, coordination and direction for project management activities during all phases of projects to ensure they are on time, within budget and schedule, cost controlled, and project performance to ensure the requirements for the contract. Maintain management and project facilitation for successful completion and compliance with contractual, owner and Vanir requirements. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage assigned capital projects through planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout, ensuring successful delivery of scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client objectives.
