Your Job Flint Hills Resources is seeking a Fire Captain to provide leadership, technical expertise, and emergency response support for our Corpus Christi operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring emergency preparedness, response readiness, and the reliability of fire protection systems across multiple operating facilities. The successful candidate will lead emergency incidents, support daily firefighting operations, coordinate training activities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Our Team We operate as a high-performing team of emergency response professionals dedicated to protecting people, property, and the environment. Our Emergency Response Team (ERT) consists of 130+ skilled members, supported by 10 Fire Captains and four shift leaders.
