TEKsystems is actively hiring for a Hybrid Collections Counselor opportunity to start with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in the Phoenix area. Key responsibilities include: * Managing both inbound and outbound customer calls in a call center environment * Working within an auto-dialer system * Handling early-stage collections (1-30 days past due) * Averaging 80-120+ calls per day * Providing financial guidance and solutions to customers * Supporting consumer loan and credit card accounts Schedule Training: * Monday-Friday * 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (MT) * First week onsite Post-Training: * Monday - Saturday (5-day workweek) * Shifts: * 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM (MT) * 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM (MT) (varies seasonally) Work Environment * Hybrid model after training * Onsite requirement limited to ~1 week per quarter * Majority of work performed remotely from home * Structured, team-oriented call center environment with support and coaching Ideal Candidate We're looking for individuals who are: * Customer-focused and comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day * Motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented * Interested in building a career in financial services or customer operations * Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment If interested, please apply here with your updated resume! #priorityeast26 Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, AZ.
