You'll work alongside experienced technicians learning how networks are physically built inside large-scale data centers that power cloud computing, enterprise systems, and modern technology. What You'll Do * Install and route copper and fiber optic cabling throughout data center environments * Assist with server rack builds and infrastructure setup * Learn cable termination, patching, labeling, and testing procedures * Support WiFi, network, and low-voltage infrastructure installations * Read layouts and follow technical drawings and project documentation * Use hand tools and cable management systems including J-hooks and ladder racks * Maintain organized, clean, and safety-focused work areas * Work alongside experienced infrastructure and telecom professionals Ideal Backgrounds This role is great for candidates coming from: IT or Computer Science programs CompTIA A+/Network+ studies Gaming/PC-building backgrounds Warehouse or manufacturing roles Construction or electrical helper positions Military or mechanically inclined experience Anyone looking for a hands-on path into tech What We're Looking For * Interest in technology, networking, or data centers * Strong work ethic and willingness to learn * Reliable transportation and dependable attendance * Comfortable working on your feet and using tools * Ability to work in active construction-style environments * Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills No telecom or data center experience required - training is provided.
