Change Management Lead (Contract Role) - Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) We are seeking a contract Change Management Lead to provide professional change management leadership for major projects as assigned. This role will initially support a compliance assessment program focused on critical business systems, with a second phase dedicated to advancing the enterprise's cybersecurity maturity. This is a full-time, hybrid contract assignment requiring 4 days per week onsite in Davidson, NC, with 1 remote workday each week. The anticipated duration of the contract is 12 to 18 months. The contractor will work alongside two seasoned professionals within the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office. This Change Manager will: * Focus on the people side of change, understanding the change impacts of new business processes, systems and technology * Work across highly matrixed teams of business leaders and IT professionals to provide guidance, develop change management strategies, schedule tactics and implement action plans to ensure employee adoption and usage of the new tools * Coach leaders and executives to help them fulfill the role of change sponsor * Increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of program goals Roles and Responsibilities * Apply change management processes and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by major IT initiatives * Design, develop, and write program-related communications to be delivered to all stakeholders * Identify key stakeholders and conduct impact analyses * Support training efforts by helping refine the training strategy and help ensure the design and delivery of training programs align with stakeholder needs * Assess change management effectiveness as the program evolves * Identify and manage anticipated resistance * Consult and coach project teams and leaders * Create actionable deliverables for the overall change management plan * Support and engage leaders * Coordinate efforts with other specialists within the company and on adjacent teams and roles as needed * Integrate change management activities into project plan * Evaluate and ensure user readiness * Help manage stakeholders * Define and measure adoption success metrics and monitor change progress * Contribute to toolkits and other change management resources *Skills* Change management, Project management, Organizational change management *Top Skills Details* Change management,Project management,Organizational change management *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Skills and Qualifications 1. Proven success as a change manager for large-scale IT initiatives within a large corporation 2. A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process 3.
