Responsibilities
Mountain Youth Academy (a UHS company) is seeking a Case Manager Supervisor Mountain Youth Academy is centrally located near Johnson City, TN, Boone, NC, and Abingdon, VA. We are a 120-bed residential treatment facility and assist in the evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of behavioral health issues for our young adolescent patients. Position Summary The Case Manager Supervisor provides leadership, guidance, and oversight to the case management team within a behavioral health hospital. This role ensures high-quality patient care coordination, discharge planning, utilization management, and compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. The supervisor collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to support positive patient outcomes, continuity of care, and efficient transitions across the continuum of behavioral health services.
