Technical Program Manager (Contract) / 100% Onsite Required (Seattle, WA) Location: Seattle, WA (Required to work Onsite 5 days/week) Duration: 6-month contract This Position: The role involves significant coordination across business, finance, legal, and accounting teams Overview * We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end program delivery and drive data-driven process improvements across business and finance operations. * This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including legal, finance, accounting, and business teams. * The ideal candidate is highly proactive, execution-focused, and experienced in managing complex programs in fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities * Own and deliver end-to-end programs with measurable business outcomes * Drive data-driven process improvements using metrics and performance insights * Partner cross-functionally with legal, finance, accounting, and technical teams * Define program requirements, scalable workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) * Manage stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the organization * Navigate ambiguity and deliver results in resource-constrained environments * Provide regular reporting and insights to executive leadership Required Qualifications * Must be able to work onsite 5 days per week in Seattle, WA * Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field * 5+ years of program or project management experience * 5+ years of experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams * 5+ years of experience driving process improvements using data and metrics * Proven experience defining program requirements and executing initiatives end-to-end * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel * Hands-on experience with tools such as Coupa, Confluence, and Visio * Strong understanding of finance, accounting, and legal processes * Demonstrated success managing complex stakeholder environments * Experience coordinating across procurement, finance, or legal systems * Ability to translate data into actionable business decisions What Stands Out When Reviewing Profiles * Program Ownership: Proven track record of leading programs from concept to completion * Cross-Functional Leadership: Ability to align diverse teams toward common goals * Analytical Mindset: Strong focus on metrics and measurable impact * Execution Excellence: Bias for action with the ability to deliver in fast-paced environments * Stakeholder Management: Skilled in influencing and communicating across all levels Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
