Compensation: $100,000-$130,000 Base

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Third-Party Lead Generation Specialist to oversee external marketing partners responsible for driving customer acquisition.

This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, vendor management, analytics, and project coordination. Rather than directly managing paid campaigns, this person will oversee a network of external partners responsible for delivering lead volume and acquisition performance.

Success in this role comes from being highly organized, proactive, analytically minded, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders while holding partners accountable.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing relationship management, performance analysis, and operational execution in a fast-moving environment.

What You'll Do

Partner & Vendor Management



  • Manage relationships with third-party lead generation partners and agencies
  • Monitor partner performance and ensure vendors are meeting expectations around:
  • Lead volume
  • Lead quality
  • Conversion rates
  • Cost efficiency
  • SLA adherence
  • Hold partners accountable while maintaining strong working relationships


Performance Monitoring & Optimization



  • Analyze performance trends and identify opportunities to improve lead quality and acquisition outcomes
  • Monitor KPIs related to:
  • Signed customer/case goals
  • Cost per acquisition (CPA)
  • Conversion quality
  • Performance efficiency
  • Identify issues quickly and coordinate solutions across teams and partners
  • Project Coordination
  • Coordinate across internal stakeholders including intake, marketing, analytics, and partner teams
  • Ensure projects, partner deliverables, and follow-ups are completed with speed and accuracy
  • Provide regular performance updates and recommendations to leadership
  • Fast-Paced Execution
  • Operate in a high-accountability, fast-moving environment
  • Prioritize quickly when lead volume or performance changes occur
  • Occasionally support business needs during weekends or high-priority situations
