Guest Service Agent- JLL

What this job involves:

As a Guest Service Agent at JLL, you'll be at the heart of delivering exceptional workplace experiences that create lasting partnerships with our clients. This role is all about enhancing daily interactions through proactive communication, high-touch service, and genuine hospitality that makes every person who walks through the door feel valued. You'll execute our experience program on-site, combining your passion for service with brilliant people skills to create a hospitality-focused workplace environment. What your day-to-day will look like:

* Manage guest service programs including temporary access badges, landlord building access cards, lost and found, luggage storage, and quarterly inspections for art and meeting rooms

* Assist with site events in coordination with the conference services team and administrative staff to create memorable experiences

* Escalate and resolve problems associated with building services including janitorial, mailroom, facilities, copier services, parking, badging, and conference rooms by submitting work orders through appropriate channels

* Work collaboratively across service lines to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional client experiences

* Support projects and initiatives that enhance employee engagement, increase productivity, reduce costs, and create value for clients and JLL

* Deliver proactive communication and high-touch service that strengthens partnerships between all stakeholders

* Perform additional job duties as requested to support the overall experience program

Required qualifications:

* High school diploma or GED

* 2+ years of prior relevant experience in hospitality, facility/property management, operations, or commercial real estate

* Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism with a genuine passion for hospitality

* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally across all levels

* Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills and a track record of initiative, integrity, and good judgment

* Proficient skills in Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs)

Preferred qualifications:

* Experience working in client-facing roles within corporate environments

* Familiarity with work order management systems and building service coordination

* Background in creating hospitality-focused workplace environments

Schedule: Part-time position Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM.

Location: Plano,TX
