McMillen, Inc. is seeking immediate
placement of experienced Foremen, Carpenters, and Laborers for a project in
Joseph, OR. This project is expected to start on July 20, 2026, and will continue
through the end of 2027. The company expects additional long-term work
opportunities in the Western Region.
All Construction Division offers of employment
are contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and drug
screen. In accordance with client requirements, security clearance is required
and is determined based on background check results

Schedule Requirements:
These positions are expected to work a schedule of
six 10-hour shifts per week (6/10 schedule). Based on project demands and
operational needs, employees may also be assigned to a swing shift schedule.
Foreman - The Foreman's function is to oversee and facilitate
all aspects of on-site construction activities or projects. The Foreman will
typically lead a crew of 1 to 20 persons and must have first-hand working
knowledge of the elements required for execution of the various activities or
projects. Involvement begins with pre-construction activities with the
Superintendent and continues throughout project completion, contract closeout
and warranty.
Carpenter -The Capenter's primary responsibilities include
fabricating, setting, and stripping concrete forming systems, as well as
placing, pouring, repairing, and finishing concrete for heavy civil projects.
Laborer: The Laborer's responsibilities include
performing demolition, hydro blasting, dewatering, and pump management
activities. Experience working with concrete batch plants is a plus. This role
also includes assisting other skilled crafts on the project and performing
additional duties.

occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities
required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision,
peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Pay Range: $36.90 - $50.74 (DOE) base wage, Prevailing Wage + Zone
Pay. Per Diem if temporarily assigned 70+ miles from residence.
