Position Overview

We are looking for a Motor Assembler I to join our team. In this role, you will perform standardized motor assembly and testing tasks while learning processes and adhering to established procedures. You will work collaboratively within a production cell under guidance to support production and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Assemble motors and components using work instructions, drawings, and specifications

* Perform basic mechanical and electrical testing to ensure products meet specifications

* Operate manufacturing equipment, including winding machines, test stations, and spray systems

* Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and bill of materials to complete assembly tasks

* Complete and follow required documentation and instructions

* Inspect work to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications

* Handle materials properly to prevent damage or contamination

* Follow all safety procedures and environmental regulations

* Collaborate with team members and support workflow throughout production areas

Required Skills and Qualications

* Completion of a High School Diploma or GED

* Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and instructions

* Basic math skills and ability to use measuring tools

* Good written and communication skills

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards

* Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks with minimal supervision

* Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety procedures

Preferred Skills and Qualications

* Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment

* Familiarity with motor assembly or electromechanical products

* Experience operating production or testing equipment

Work Type: Onsite: This role follows an Onsite Work Schedule and requires working from your designated Regal Rexnord office on a full-time basis.
