Field Implementation Support Program Manager, FISP School of Social Work - Workforce Development Located Statewide in Illinois Job SummaryOversee and manage Field Implementation Support Program operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Provide leadership and coaching to a team of FISP Specialists/Technicians fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Provide highly specialized workforce and organizational effectiveness functions. Responsible for managing aspects of program implementation, operations, management reporting and contract oversight. Collaboration with FISP Director to develop and implement program strategies, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and timely achievement of outcomes. Oversee data management and analysis activities, leveraging insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives. Serve as the program's liaison with IDCFS, Child Welfare Contributing Agency management, the Office of Learning and Professional Development and other collateral entities. Duties & Responsibilities

Appointment Information This is a 100% full-time Academic Professional position, appointed on a 12-month basis. The expected start date is as soon as possible after the search positing closes. The budgeted salary range for this position is $78,000 - $82,000. Salary is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience, while also considering internal equity. This position is not eligible for any type of sponsorship for work authorization. Hybrid work options may be available for this position with the ability to be on-site as needed per the University's Workplace Flexibility Policy.
