Pacific Life is seeking an Onboarding Program Lead to design, deliver, and sustain a unified onboarding experience for all Consumer Markets Division new hires. This role owns the end to end CMD onboarding program, ensuring new employees quickly understand how CMD operates, how value is created, and how their roles directly support Pacific Life's enterprise strategy, Strategy Next. The Program Lead will ensure a consistent, high quality onboarding experience across CMD through a blended model of virtual learning and in person workshops. The role requires a strong combination of instructional design expertise, program management skills, and deep understanding of the insurance and financial services environment. It is critical to strengthening strategy execution and reinforcing a shared CMD culture. How you'll help move us forward: Program Ownership and Strategy

Base Pay Range: The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location.
