| Position Summary |
This position serves as a Classification & Compensation Operations Specialist which provides support for compensation, employment, and operational processes within
UNC Greensboro. The role supports the administration of position management, compensation actions, pay and leave-related processes, and HR transactional activities while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with applicable federal and state regulations,
UNC System requirements, and University policies. The position also supports data analysis, reporting, testing, and process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery. |
| Minimum Qualifications |
- Graduation from a four-year college or university; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

| Preferred Qualifications |
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resource management, or a related field.
- At least two to four years of experience in Human Resources.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
- Experience with HR information systems (HRIS), such as: PeopleAdmin, Banner HR, LawLogix, HireRight, etc. is strongly preferred.
