Help Build the Team That Builds Our Future
At Rize Credit Union, we're on a mission to uplift communities through knowledge, access, and care. We believe exceptional organizations are built by exceptional people-and we're looking for a Talent Acquisition & Engagement Partner who is passionate about finding, attracting, and connecting great talent to meaningful careers.
This is not a traditional recruiting role.
We're looking for a creative, relationship-driven HR professional who enjoys solving talent challenges, building sourcing strategies, enhancing the candidate experience, and helping create a workplace where people feel valued and connected. You'll serve as a trusted partner to leaders across the organization, helping them identify talent needs, attract top performers, and strengthen employee engagement initiatives that support our culture and mission.
If you're energized by connecting with people, leveraging technology and AI-enabled recruiting tools, building talent pipelines, and finding innovative ways to attract candidates others can't find, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
Find and Attract Exceptional Talent

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to understand business needs and identify the skills and qualities that drive success.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, community partnerships, and emerging recruiting technologies.
  • Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the Rize brand and culture.

Strengthen Our Employer Brand

  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure our career site, job advertisements, social channels, and recruitment campaigns showcase what makes Rize unique.
  • Help position Rize as an employer of choice through innovative recruiting campaigns, events, and community partnerships.
  • Leverage data and recruiting metrics to continuously improve sourcing effectiveness and hiring outcomes.

Enhance Employee Engagement and Culture

  • Coordinate recognition and appreciation programs that celebrate team member contributions.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, events, surveys, and culture-building activities.
  • Partner with HR leadership to identify opportunities to strengthen the employee experience across the entire employment lifecycle.

Partner with Leaders and Team Members

  • Serve as a trusted HR resource, helping leaders navigate talent-related opportunities and challenges.
  • Support employee relations, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, and other HR programs.
  • Contribute ideas and solutions that improve organizational effectiveness, team member engagement, and business results.

What Makes You Successful
You are:

  • A self-starter who takes initiative and follows through.
  • Warm, approachable, and naturally skilled at building relationships.
  • Creative and resourceful when traditional recruiting methods aren't enough.
  • Solution-oriented and focused on finding practical ways to support leaders and team members.
  • Comfortable influencing others through collaboration rather than authority.
  • Curious about emerging technologies, including AI tools that improve recruiting and employee experiences.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail.
  • Passionate about creating positive experiences for candidates and employees alike.

What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Five or more years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, recruiting, or related HR consulting roles.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, onboarding, employee relations, and HR programs.
  • Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems, recruiting platforms, job boards, and social media sourcing tools.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • HR certification such as PHR, PHR-CA, or SHRM-CP.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills.
  • Experience supporting employee engagement, recognition, or culture-building initiatives.
  • Experience leveraging recruiting analytics and AI-enabled recruiting technologies.

Why Rize?
At Rize, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact-not only on the people we hire, but on the culture we create. You'll join a collaborative team that values innovation, continuous improvement, and genuine care for one another and the communities we serve.
