Test Technician - PSP Development & Manufacturing

Pay Rate: $35.74 - $43.14/hour

Location: Raymond, OH

We are seeking an experienced Test Technician for a contract opportunity supporting PSP Development & Manufacturing. This role is ideal for professionals with strong hands-on experience in lab testing, equipment troubleshooting, and prototype fabrication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and support standardized testing procedures with accuracy and safety
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot testing equipment to component level
• Use lab scheduling and data management systems for test tracking and reporting
• Fabricate or modify components to meet engineering design specifications
• Break testing into defined tasks and help coordinate work across technicians
• Provide guidance and training to junior technicians as needed

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of related technical experience OR
• Associate degree in a related field with 4+ years of experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience in lab environments, testing, or manufacturing support

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
• Comfortable operating equipment and working in a lab setting
