Now hiring Production Associate

Location: Frankfort, KY

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Shift: 3 PM - 11:30 PM | Monday - Friday

If you like to stay busy and work with good people, this Production Associate role in Frankfort fits. You'll keep machines stocked, products moving, and the floor safe. Every shift brings pride in what you make and the team that puts it together.

Requirements:



  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • At least 6 months of manufacturing experience required.
  • Experience working with chemicals or chemical processes preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good attendance record with reliable, on-time work habits.
  • Basic reading, math, and measurement skills.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing production needs.
  • Willingness to work occasional overtime as needed.
  • Ability to lift up to 65 pounds and perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, squatting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and climbing stairs.
  • Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility.
  • Steel-toe shoes and long pants required.
  • Plain shirts with covered shoulders required; no graphics, logos, or designs permitted. Failure to follow the dress code may result in being sent home.
  • Must be able to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and additional protective equipment as needed.


Job Duties:



  • Set up, check, and operate production machinery to maintain efficient production.
  • Load and unload materials and finished products from production equipment.
  • Read gauges, monitor processes, and record production or sample data accurately.
  • Measure, mix, and handle raw materials and ingredients according to specifications.
  • Inspect products throughout production to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Identify, sort, and report defective or abnormal materials and products.
  • Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions or maintenance concerns.
  • Label, mark, or tag products and components for identification and tracking.
  • Break down, clean, and maintain equipment and work areas.
  • Lift, move, and transport materials manually or with equipment as needed.
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Assist with additional production-related tasks as assigned.
