TA Coordinator

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

Key Responsibilities:

* Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews, including ad-hoc and high-volume hiring events.

* Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.

* Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure smooth interview execution.

* Manage interview logistics, calendars, and scheduling conflicts.

* Coordinate candidate travel arrangements when required.

* Prepare interview materials, reports, and documentation.

* Maintain confidential candidate information with professionalism and discretion.

* Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and represent the organization positively.

Qualifications:

* Minimum 1 year of customer service, administrative, recruiting coordination, or scheduling experience.

* Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or G Workspace (Docs, Sheets).

* Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

* Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

* Comfortable working independently and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

* Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and processes.
