Bolton & Menk is growing our Legislative & Strategic Funding practice, and we're looking for a Funding Strategy Leader to help shape what comes next. In this role, you'll lead complex funding strategies, advise clients, and build strong relationships with federal and state representatives. You'll collaborate across disciplines and regions to deliver practical, highimpact funding and legislative solutions, while helping expand our services into new markets. You'll immediately step into highprofile funding strategy and grant development efforts, supported by a team of writers, planners, engineers, and designers. You'll also help prepare for and support engagement with elected officials to communicate client priorities, funding requests, and policy needs. With a strong pipeline of work, this role offers the chance to make an immediate, meaningful impact. We're looking for a leader who builds trust, invests in relationships, and helps others grow. Over time, this role can evolve based on your strengths, whether toward broader people leadership or continued influence through project funding delivery and strategy. What We Are Looking For:
Bolton & Menk will currently not be providing visa sponsorship or Optional Practical Training Extensions for STEM Students. Individuals must be legally authorized to work in the US at the start of employment without a need for current or future visa sponsorship. Salary Range: $125,000 - $225,000 depending on years of experience and credentials Bolton & Menk is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to specific geographic location. Bolton & Menk reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.
