These are the qualifications that matter. Requirements.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in engineering, robotics, mechatronics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience with industrial automation, robotics, system startup, maintenance/service of automated machinery, or other related experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and controls systems
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
• Working knowledge of pneumatics and industrial components
• Experience with structured text or similar industrial programming languages
• Comfortable communicating technical issues to customers in the field
• Able to manage priorities and work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient with computer-based tools for system setup and diagnostics
• Familiarity with CAD tools is a plus
• Willingness to travel (~25%)
• Able to work in industrial environments and perform physical tasks as needed
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Job Duties

• Bring custom automated machinery into full operation after power-up
• Configure equipment, update control programs, and troubleshoot performance issues
• Prepare and validate systems for factory acceptance testing (FAT)
• Lead commissioning on smaller projects; support larger systems with engineering teams
• Work cross-functionally to resolve mechanical, electrical, and controls issues
• Program and tune robots, motion systems, and supporting equipment
• Support integration of vision systems, conveyors, and tooling
• Assist with installation, startup, and site acceptance testing (SAT) at customer locations
• Provide feedback to engineering and service teams for continuous improvement
• Ensure systems meet performance, reliability, and timeline expectations
