Join the HJF Team! HJF is seeking a Research Associate III to perform research and/or development in collaboration with other scientific and technical staff. Incumbent will exercise technical discretion in the design, execution, and interpretation of experiments, provide support to senior staff, and training and guidance for lower-level laboratory staff. This position will be in support of the Functional Immunobiologics Section of the US Military HIV Research Program. Research involves a wide variety of techniques including cell culture and cellular assays, molecular biology, biochemistry and flow cytometry. The focus of the lab is the identification and characterization of functional monoclonal antibodies to various pathogens including HIV and tropical diseases. Full training will be provided. We're looking for someone who has experience with immunology research, especially virus neutralization assays, is organized and detail-oriented, and who enjoys working with a supportive and inclusive team.
