Machine Operator (Contract)

Location: Nashua, NH

Pay: $20.00-$22.00/hour (Based on Experience)

We are seeking dependable Machine Operators to support printed circuit board (PCB) production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This contract position is ideal for candidates with electronics manufacturing, PCB processing, or chemical processing experience who enjoy hands-on work and attention to detail.

Schedule Options

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Weekend Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday - 12-hour shifts (Work 36 hours, paid for 40)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate equipment used to develop, etch, strip, and bond printed circuit boards.
• Follow production documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet customer specifications.
• Handle chemicals safely and follow all environmental, health, and safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate production records and support continuous process improvement efforts.
• Cross-train in additional manufacturing departments as needed.
• Support overtime and alternate shift coverage when required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing, production, or PCB experience preferred; 2+ years of PCB experience is a plus.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing or chemical processing environments preferred.
