DESKTOP SUPPORT TECHNICIAN Onsite-Indianapolis TECHNICAL * Desktop Support * End-Users * RTO * Troubleshooting * Break/Fix * A/V * Hardware * Software * Part-Time DESCRIPTION We are hiring an intermediate-level Desktop Support Technician. The Desktop Support Technician will be reliable and customer-focused to support a Return To Office phase. The Desktop Support Technician will work part-time in the Headquarters location to provide hands-on technical support to end users, ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace technology experience. DUTIES * Provide walk-in technical support for employees at HQ location * Assist with a seamless transition back to the office by ensuring all equipment is deployed * Confirm end-user needs are met in advance of and during the RTO rollout * Troubleshoot and resolve conference room technology issues (audio/visual, connectivity, etc.) * Perform break/fix support for desktops, peripherals, and related hardware * Assist with physical workstation setups, moves, and reconfigurations * Deliver at-desk support to users for hardware and software issues * Help deploy and stage equipment in preparation for increased office occupancy ahead of the Return-to-Office initiative (beginning August 11) * Prior experience in desktop support, IT support, or help desk roles preferred * Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and basic networking issues * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Ability to work independently while supporting a high-touch onsite environment * Comfortable with physical tasks such as equipment setup and workstation moves ENVIRONMENT * Office * Headquarters * End-user * Desktop * Part-Time SCHEDULE & SHIFT * Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday * Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM * Location: Onsite at HQ-Indianapolis, IN START DATE & HINTERVIEWS * Start Date: July 7 * Interviews June 9-19 * 2-Step Interview process * 1st step virtual w/HR * 2nd step onsite, in-person with Technical Team Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Indianapolis, IN.
