Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and/or education, and location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus. SUMMARY The Construction Loan Processor is responsible for administering construction loan disbursements, ensuring all draw requests are processed accurately, timely, and in compliance with Bank policies, loan agreements, and regulatory requirements. This role coordinates with borrowers, contractors, inspectors, title companies, and internal partners to facilitate the review and funding of construction draws. The position ensures that all required documentation is complete and compliant, identifies and resolves discrepancies, and supports the overall integrity of the construction lending process through diligent file maintenance and adherence to established controls. A.) or equivalent from four-year college or technical school; or one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and to draw and interpret bar graphs. REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. COMPUTER & SOFTWARE SKILLS To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Excel, CLCS and/or Built (fund control software for disbursements).
