Day Shift: 6:30 AM - 3 PM

Requirements: What It Takes to Be Part of This Crew

• Prior construction, demolition, janitorial, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing 50 pounds or more
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and perform physical labor for extended periods
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and environmental conditions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe worksite
• Basic knowledge of construction site safety practices preferred
• Ability to use basic hand tools, cleaning equipment, and jobsite materials safely
• Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

What You'll Be Doing on the Grounds

• Remove construction debris, trash, scrap materials, and other waste from commercial job sites
• Sweep, shovel, vacuum, and clean work areas throughout all stages of construction
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces to support productivity and safety
• Prepare work areas for incoming trades by cleaning up after subcontractors and construction activities
• Load, unload, transport, and stage construction materials, tools, and equipment
• Keep walkways, access points, and work zones free from obstructions and hazards
• Assist with site organization and material handling as directed by supervisors
• Perform final construction cleaning, including floors, walls, windows, fixtures, and common areas
• Operate hand tools, cleaning equipment, and other jobsite equipment in a safe manner
• Identify and report safety concerns, hazards, damaged equipment, or unsafe conditions
