Location: Manor, TX

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Schedule: (1st Shift | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) (2nd Shift | 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM) (Weekend Shifts Available Wednesday - Sunday)

Training will take place (1st Day | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM) and 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM the remainder of the week.

What We Are Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Forklift certification and valid driver's license preferred, if applicable
• Manufacturing, warehouse, inventory control, or material handling experience preferred
• Experience with ERP systems, barcode software, and Microsoft Excel highly desired
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally
• Frequent bending, twisting, and repetitive movements
• Exposure to manufacturing equipment, moderate noise, chemicals, and moving machinery
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) required as applicable

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean, label, inspect, and package gas lines and weldments
• Perform leak testing and alkaline (Type 1 Chem Clean) cleaning processes
• Audit inventory and assist with inventory control activities
• Restock vendor-managed inventory and maintain accurate stock levels
• Enter data and maintain records using ERP and barcode systems
• Create inventory locations, process barcode labels, and update KPI data
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies using ERP tools
• Print, file, and maintain manufacturing documentation
• Prepare Bills of Lading (BOLs) and utilize carrier software for shipments
• Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, scales, and other material handling equipment
• Support warehouse organization and optimize inventory storage space
