Metal Fabricator and Welder Location \| West Chester, OH Pay \| $20-$25/Hour Position Type: Direct Hire Advantage Technical is partnering with a stainless-steel manufacturer of pipe fittings and fabricated assemblies is hiring a Metal Fabricator and Welder to join their production team in West Chester, OH. If you have hands-on TIG welding experience and take pride in precision work, this is a direct hire opportunity worth exploring. What You'll Do (Job Duties) Cut and fit various diameter tubing and fittings to customer specifications Read blueprints and shop plans to produce fabricated parts and assemblies Use measuring devices including calipers, height gauges, and tape measures Assist in developing designs for welding projects Operate a variety of fabrication tools and equipment Perform all job functions safely and efficiently What you Bring (Experience and Qualifications): 1-2 years of TIG welding experience required Pipe fitting experience a plus Ability to read basic measuring devices and blueprints Proficiency in math preferred Must pass a weld test Must complete a Predictive Index (PI) behavioral assessment prior to interview scheduling Preferred Qualifications: Stainless steel welding experience strongly preferred; aluminum welding experience considered Perks: Direct hire-start on our client's payroll Day 1 No placement fees for working with a Staffing partner Benefits (vary by client and are confirmed at the time of offer.
